Do you offer virtual or in-person services?

Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person services, with the exception of therapy, which is currently available only virtually through HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure confidentiality and convenience. Other services, such as advocacy and consulting, can be provided in-person or virtually, depending on your preference and needs.

What is therapeutic resource development, and how can it benefit my practice?

We create customized worksheets, treatment plans, and exercises that enhance therapy, promote client engagement, and save time for mental health professionals. These materials can be used in individual or group settings. Therapeutic resource development includes creating customized worksheets for anxiety management, self-esteem building, and stress reduction, designing coping strategies and mindfulness exercises, developing treatment plans and progress trackers, and crafting goal-setting templates and client homework assignments, all tailored to the specific needs of your clients or practice.
