FAQs
What should I expect during my first therapy session, and how do I know if therapy is right for me?
In your first session, we’ll discuss your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. The session focuses on building rapport and creating a plan for moving forward based on your unique needs.
Therapy may be right for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or major life transitions. If you’re looking for support, insights, and strategies to understand yourself better or improve your well-being, therapy can be a helpful step. It's a space to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Do you offer virtual or in-person services?
Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person services, with the exception of therapy, which is currently available only virtually through HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure confidentiality and convenience. Other services, such as advocacy and consulting, can be provided in-person or virtually, depending on your preference and needs.
What consulting services do you offer, and how can they help my organization?

Consulting services may include improving team communication and collaboration, supporting leaders and managers, addressing workplace stress and morale, and developing practical strategies tailored to your organization’s goals. For mental health practices and service-based organizations, consulting can also include operational support, client engagement strategies, and systems that improve efficiency and sustainability.
Each engagement is customized to meet your organization where it is by offering actionable tools, clarity, and momentum that support both people and performance.
